Description
The Hill Air Force Base/ Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking a contractor to provide calibration services for National Instruments (NI) Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) eXtensions for Instrumentation (PXI) equipment used in fielded Solar Radio Spectrograph (SRS) systems. The contractor will be responsible for calibrating the equipment at their facility and then shipping it back to the government. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The key requirements of the contract include:
* Calibrating NI PXI equipment
* Shipping the equipment to and from the contractor's facility
* Providing a compliant calibration certificate
* Meeting the technical requirements outlined in the performance work statement
* Registering with the System for Award Management (SAM)
* Submitting a written offer that includes pricing, company information, and payment terms
