Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for a statewide contract to provide library materials and services at a discount off MSRP to the State of Louisiana and eligible libraries statewide. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same price, terms, and conditions. The contractor will be required to provide a variety of library materials and services, including books, audiobooks, and other resources. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to accessibility and civil rights.
