Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for a Helix Laser System with CoolPeel technology and BurnScar package or equal. The system should meet the specifications outlined in the attached specification and Appendix A. The contract will be for the purchase of the laser system, and the successful bidder will be required to deliver the system to the Burn Unit at the Los Angeles General Medical Center.
• The system must meet the functional needs and be suitable for the service required.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The contract may be subject to termination for convenience, with a notice period of at least 10 days.
• The County reserves the right to waive any formality in the bidding or evaluation process and to reject any or all bids.
