Ice Machine & Bin

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide an ice machine and bin for the Community Life Improvement Program. The machine must be air-cooled, produce medium-cubed ice, and have a removable external air filter. The bin must have a capacity of 778 pounds and be made of metallic finish. The vendor must provide a complete description of the proposed equipment, including the manufacturer, model, and any substitutions. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to accept quotes from more than one seller. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive seller. • The seller must comply with all applicable laws, including non-discrimination and tax requirements. • The seller must provide insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability. • The seller must deliver the equipment to the specified location and provide installation and maintenance services as needed. • The City has the right to terminate the contract for default or if the seller fails to perform any of its obligations.
