Description
The Decatur Correctional Center is seeking bids for the rental of one electric forklift with a 4,000-pound capacity. The rental period will commence upon the last dated signature of the parties and continue through June 30, 2027. The forklift must meet specific requirements, including a maximum lift height of at least 18 feet and a turning radius of 5 feet or less. The vendor will be responsible for delivery, pickup, and maintenance of the forklift, as well as providing instruction to designated staff on its operation.
• The forklift must have a 4,000-pound load capacity and operate on a 36-volt battery.
• The vendor must provide all necessary items for forklift operation, including a charger.
• The rental must include monthly service inspection and maintenance.
