RFQ for One (1) Evercode WT v3 with UDI Plate and

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a quotation for the procurement of one Evercode WT v3 with UDI Plate and one Evercode WT Mega v3, HT 96rxn, with associated accessories and components. The equipment will be used by the Section on Behavioral Neuroscience (SBN) for single-cell transcriptome sequencing and analysis. The SBN currently utilizes manual pipetting for a split-pool combinatorial barcoding protocol, but an automated benchtop pipetting system is required to reduce manual errors. • The Evercode WT Mega Package with Integra Assist Plus is required. • The Evercode Nuclei Fixation v3, HT 96 rxn with 30 um Plate Strainers is required. • The equipment must be compatible with existing proprietary laboratory equipment. • The contractor must provide accessories and components required for integration and calibration.
