The City of Rancho Cucamonga seeks a qualified professional services firm to update its Traffic Signal Communication Master Plan, assess the existing Traffic Management Center (TMC), and evaluate the useful life of traffic‑signal equipment. The effort will involve comprehensive field inventory, technical analysis, development of phased implementation strategies, and delivery of detailed reports and cost estimates. • Conduct kickoff, data collection, and monthly status reporting. • Perform inventory and assessment of all communication infrastructure (fiber, wireless, copper, network devices). • Produce an upgraded communications architecture, TMC best‑practice evaluation, and a 10‑year equipment replacement program with cost estimates. • Deliver a complete Master Plan, assessment reports, and phased capital‑improvement recommendations. • All work to be completed under a firm‑fixed‑price, line‑item pricing structure submitted electronically via Planet Bids.
