Notice of Intent to Sole Source -ERASE MM Community Vital Signs Project

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Mercer University School of Medicine for the ERASE MM Community Vital Signs Project. The project provides specialized training, technical assistance, analytical support, and resource refinement to assist State and Tribal Maternal Mortality Review Committees in incorporating Community Vital Signs resources into maternal mortality review processes. • The contract will provide services to update, refine, and support implementation of Community Vital Signs resources by MMRCs nationwide. • Mercer University School of Medicine is the only responsible source capable of providing the required services due to its proprietary resources and expertise. • The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. • All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
