Commercial Power for the Life Support Area at Kyogamisaki Communication Site in Kyoto, Japan

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide commercial power to the Life Support Area at Kyogamisaki Communication Site in Kyoto, Japan. The contractor must be registered and approved as an electricity retailer by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry under the Government of Japan Electricity Business Act. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. • The contractor must provide power to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site Life Support Area. • The contractor must comply with the Electricity Supply Conditions or Provisions, Wheeling Service Provisions of the General Electricity Transmission and Distribution Utility, and Electricity Business Act. • The contractor must not subcontract any part of the work. • A pre-proposal conference and site visit are available upon request.
