Q509--Intent to Sole Source Notice for Primary Care Physician Services for Battle Creek VA Medical Center

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Battle Creek VA Medical Center, intends to award a fixed-price sole source contract to Sygnetics, Inc for Primary Care Physician Services. The contract will be for a period of 2 months, starting December 13, 2025, and will require the provision of Primary Care Physician services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center Primary Care Clinic and several Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations. The services will be provided by 2.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. • The contract will be awarded under NAICS Code 561320, with a size standard of $34.0 Million. • The Government has determined that full and open competition is not necessary due to unusual and compelling urgency. • The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor will be required to provide services in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract.
