Description
The Haverhill Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids from contractors for the Vacant Unit/Bath Exhaust Fan Upgrade Project at Bradford Terrace. The project consists of rehabbing vacant units and upgrading bathroom exhaust fans. The estimated cost of the project is $440,395.00. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
• The project is being electronically bid, and hard copy bids will not be accepted.

• A pre-bid conference/site visit is scheduled for April 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 subsection 44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 subsection 26 to 27H inclusive.
