REQUEST FOR BIDS HIGHLANDS GRANGE & KEEWAYDIN COMMUNITY CENTER JANITORIAL SERVICES

The City of Kennewick is requesting bids for janitorial services at two city buildings: the Highlands Grange Building and the Keewaydin Community Center. The contract is for a two-year term, with the option to award up to two contracts. The services include regular cleaning of the Highlands Grange Building and scheduled cleaning of the Keewaydin Community Center. The bid pricing is a lump sum monthly rate for the first 12-month contract period and a per cleaning rate for the second 12-month contract period. • The Highlands Grange Building is a two-story building with a basement and dance floor area, approximately 3,200 square feet in service area. • The Keewaydin Community Center is a one-story building, approximately 7,398 square feet in service area. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials, except for paper goods, which will be supplied by the city. • The contractor will be required to pay state prevailing wage rates and file Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages and Affidavits of Wages Paid.
