The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is seeking a quotation for the supply of Fire/Acoustic Insulation, specifically the Claremont Structo-Gard FB insulation. The insulation should have a thickness of 1-1/4 inches, a size of 24 inches wide and 36 inches long, and an unperforated, lightweight marine blanket with a fire performance of H30 (UL1709). The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), The Claremont Sales Corp. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. The quotation should include the following evaluation factors: technical, including delivery date, price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance. • The contractor is required to provide a firm fixed price for the supply of the insulation. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the packaging and marking requirements. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the supplied items. • The contractor is required to submit invoices via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
