Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified vendor to produce 35,600 printed tickets for the 2026 WH Fall Garden Tour, to be delivered to the National Park Service in Riverdale, MD. The tickets must meet strict printing, paper, and packaging specifications, with a tight delivery schedule.
• Produce 35,600 tickets divided into 25 lots (1 lot of 2,000 “any day/time” tickets and 24 lots of 1,400 “timed” tickets).
• Printing: 4‑color CMYK, water‑resistant ink/toner, minimum 175‑line screen, resolution ≥ 2400 × 2400 dpi; either offset or digital process (single method for the whole job).
• Paper: JCP Spec L60, 80 lb cover stock, silk/dull‑coated, 20 × 26 in. basis size. Include 50 “Blue Label” random copies per lot with required GPO forms.
• Packaging: Carton‑pack each lot separately, band/shrink‑wrap in bundles of 50 tickets, label with date/time, and provide electronic shipping notices with tracking.
