Description
The Nevada State Purchasing on behalf of the Business and Industry, Nevada Real Estate Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide mediation/referee services for the Alternative Dispute Resolution program. The vendor will be assigned claims facilitated by the Real Estate Division and is expected to fairly, objectively, and expeditiously conduct mediations between Claimants and Respondents as mandated by NRS 38. The contract term is expected to be four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval.
• The vendor must be registered at nevadaepro.com to respond to the solicitation.
• The vendor must have a written equal opportunity policy that does not discriminate in employment practices.
• The vendor must have a written policy regarding compliance for maintaining a drug-free workplace.
• The vendor must provide a background, history, and why they are qualified to provide the services described in this solicitation.
• The vendor must provide a brief description of the length of time they have been providing services described in this solicitation to the public or private sector.
