IFB 26033-KR Grass Cutting - Tower Sites (IT)

The City of Suffolk is seeking a contractor to provide annual grass cutting services for Information Technology (Communications) Tower Sites. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, transportation, and associated insurance required to complete the work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Downtown Tower Site. The contractor will be required to tour the sites and provide a bid based on the specifications and terms outlined in the invitation for bid. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all labor, equipment, transportation, and associated insurance required to complete the work • Cutting grass on an as-needed basis for the tower sites • Completing the work in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the invitation for bid • Attending a mandatory pre-bid conference to tour the sites and ask questions.
