Electronics Repair Kits for the 2M/MTR Program

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division, Keyport (NUWCDIVKPT) is seeking information from industry partners to support the procurement, kitting, and shipping of equipment, tools, and materials for the Miniature/Microminiature (2M), Module Test and Repair (MTR) Program In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA). The requirement includes the provision of electronics repair kits and components, with a total of 24 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The contractor will be responsible for acquiring, assembling, inspecting, packaging, and shipping the kits to various locations. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. • The contractor must provide the required items in accordance with the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must ensure that each kit CLIN is packaged and shipped as an individual kit. • The contractor must conduct a general visual inspection on CLIN items and replace any damaged or non-operational equipment. • The contractor must maintain an electronic copy of each shipping document, including an inventory of each kit CLIN and/or CLIN 022 spare parts.
