CEI Services for Phillippi Creek Dredging Ph 2

The County of Sarasota is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Phillippi Creek Dredging Project, Phase 2. The scope of services includes inspection of dredging operations, verification of staging site setup, and inspection of disposal sites. The Proposer must ensure contractor compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and all applicable grant requirements. The project is funded in whole or in part by U.S Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). • The Proposer must be a business organization registered with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) to provide Engineering Services in the State of Florida at the time of submittal. • At least one key personnel listed in the Proposal must be a registered Professional Engineer licensed by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers at the time of submittal. • Proposals should demonstrate experience providing engineering and inspection services in earthwork, dredging, and bathymetric surveying. • The Proposer must maintain the certifications they submit in their proposal among its team for the life of the resulting contract.
