Description
The City of Piqua is seeking bids for nuisance trash abatement services. The successful bidder will be responsible for removing discarded trash, furniture, mattresses, tires, litter, and brush from properties within the municipal corporation limits of Piqua. The contractor will be required to begin work within 48 hours of notification and provide before/after photos and an invoice for each property serviced. The contract may be renewed for up to three one-year extensions.
• Removal of discarded trash, furniture, mattresses, etc.
• Removal of discarded tires
• Removal of litter
• Removal of brush
• Contractor shall begin the requested work within 48 hours of notification
• Before/after photos will be taken and provided to the Community Services Department along with an invoice
