NOI-NHLBI Animal Facility Containment Cubicle System Upgrade

The NIH’s National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is seeking a sole‑source vendor to upgrade the biocontainment cubicle system in its Central Animal Facility in Bethesda, MD. The upgrade will replace aging telescoping cubicle doors and columns with new containment kits, include demolition, removal, installation, startup, training, and all associated shipping. The solution must fit the existing spatial footprint and airflow/containment infrastructure without requiring architectural changes, and must remain compatible with current animal housing racks and biosafety requirements.
