The Anne Arundel County Public Schools district seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive professional‑learning services focused on the CAL SIOP® framework for English Learner instruction across K‑12. The contract includes on‑site workshops, school‑based coaching, virtual consultation, customized instructional materials, credentialing, and reporting to sustain implementation fidelity through December 2029.
• Two‑day and three‑day in‑person CAL SIOP® workshops for elementary and secondary educators, delivered onsite.
• Embedded school‑based coaching cycles with classroom observations, feedback, and leadership debriefs.
• Virtual planning sessions, tailored materials, certificates/badges, and detailed implementation reports.
• Mandatory qualifications: ≥5 years CAL SIOP® PD experience, ability to serve a large Maryland district, insurance, background‑check compliance, and eMaryland Marketplace registration.
