Terminal 3 West Modernization - TP 246 - East: Sitework and Site Utilities

The Terminal 3 West Modernization project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) aims to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 735,000 gross square feet and renovate about 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The project includes upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and adding new gates. The Courtyard 4 Connector (C4C) project is a part of this modernization effort, involving the construction of a new 7-story core-and-shell building with secure passenger corridors and baggage handling systems.
