Athletics Phase 3

The Grosse Ile Township School's Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for athletic renovations at Grosse Ile Middle School. The proposed work includes site work, drainage, concrete, synthetic turf, dugouts, fencing, scoreboards, and electrical as part of a general contractor package. The project involves the construction of new athletic facilities, including a synthetic turf field, football, soccer, and lacrosse goals, and a new pressbox. The contractor will be responsible for all means of setting up and relocating their equipment and materials to perform the work, as well as coordinating with other trade contractors. • The project requires the contractor to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the project layout, existing conditions, and site access. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete installation of the athletic facilities. • The contractor must also provide daily cleanup of their identifiable debris and dust control required to complete their work. • The project includes the installation of new electrical power systems, sports field lighting, and scoreboards. • The contractor must provide all required closeout documents upon completion of the project.
