Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 100 coil-bound books for the CG Area Command Job Aid project. The books will have a trim size of 5.5 x 8.5 inches and will include a 4-page cover and 140 text pages. The vendor will be required to provide a soft proof and a digital color one-off proof, and must deliver the final product to the USCG TRACEN YORKTOWN in Yorktown, VA. The project requires a high level of quality, with a quality assurance level of 3, and the vendor must comply with GPO Contract Terms and specifications.
Some key requirements of the project include:
* Printing the cover in 4CP with a flood gloss aqueous finish
* Printing the text pages in 4CP on approximately 35 pages and black ink only on the remaining pages
* Binding the books with a black plastic coil along the left 8.5-inch side
* Providing a W-9 form before payment can be made
* Notifying the ordering agency via email when the product ships or delivers
