Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service cleaning and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, and roof drains at the Boise VA Medical Center and the adjacent Mountain Cove Campus. Work will be performed semi‑annually (June and November) over a one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and disposal of debris, and will be responsible for minor repairs to gutter systems. Billing is monthly in arrears, and the contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ. Site access may be limited and could require high‑lift equipment; a site visit is strongly recommended.
