Boating Education Stickers

The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, is seeking a vendor to provide Boating Education Stickers. The successful bidder will be required to design, produce, and deliver 25,000 stickers with a contour cut and backing paper print. The stickers will be used for the Boating Safety Education program. The vendor must be able to provide art services, including editing and modifying sticker files to meet the design specifications. The stickers must be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. • The stickers must be made of matte vinyl with a pre-coated, pressure-sensitive adhesive. • The stickers must have a QR code printed on the backing paper. • The stickers must be packaged in sets of 100 to prevent sticking or damaging of the printed surface. • The vendor must be in compliance with the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) at the time of award.
