10th Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project

The City of Delano is seeking bids for the 10th Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project. The project involves the installation of approximately 642 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main on 10th Avenue, including the installation of two new sewer manholes, laterals, and connection to the new sewer mains. The work will be within the street right of way and requires the removal of existing asphalt pavement, trenching, replacing pavement in kind, and miscellaneous concrete work. • The project requires the contractor to verify the locations of all existing utilities prior to any excavation work. • The contractor must report any major discrepancies of location to the engineer prior to fabrication or installation of facilities. • The contractor is responsible for the location, identification, and marking of buried and above-ground utilities. • The project has an estimated cost range of $625,000 to $650,000. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
