Informal Solicitation for On-Call Electrical Services (IDIQ Contract)

The Housing Authority of the County of Marin (MHA) is seeking licensed electrical contractors for on-call electrical services at various MHA residential properties. The contract will be for a term of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed. The contractor must comply with applicable wage standards, including Davis-Bacon and California prevailing wage rates. The contract will have a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) aggregate value of up to $245,000. • Troubleshooting and repair of outlets, lighting, wiring, switches, breakers • Panel upgrades and service replacements • Lighting fixture replacement and installations • Code corrections and compliance work • Emergency electrical response • Compliance with local building/electrical codes and MHA standards
