The project involves replacing Building 118 FCUs. The existing direct-digital control (DDC) system is manufactured by Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), and the new system must be 100% compatible with the existing system. The aluminum jacketing at the roof and exterior ductwork does not need to be painted. The project also involves electrical distribution, with the existing main distribution board being Square D.
