Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking quotations for the provision of shipping containers. The containers must be new or used 20' shipping containers, complete as specified. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the containers to the specified locations, with forklift delivery required for some items. The bid must include all applicable taxes, including Hawaii General Excise Tax and use taxes. The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes.
* The bid must be submitted with a completed RFQ form, which includes providing company information, pricing, and delivery details.
* The bid must include any applicable shipping and tax, with the total price not to exceed 4.7120% for tax.
* The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any defects or informalities in the bids if in the best interest of the County.
* The successful bidder will be required to comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c), which requires proof of compliance for awards $2,500 or greater.
