Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified firm to provide full architectural and engineering design, documentation, and construction‑administration services for a chain‑link fence extension around the baseball field at Montebello High School. The work includes DSA documentation, topographic and utility surveys, grading and drainage design, multidisciplinary engineering (structural, mechanical, electrical), preparation of construction documents, bid assistance, and on‑site oversight through project completion.
• Must hold a valid California contractor license (Class B or C‑13) and have ≥ 3 years fencing‑related experience.
• Required insurance: $1 M general liability, $1 M commercial auto, $1 M workers’ comp, $3 M sexual‑abuse, plus professional liability. Bonds required for bids > $25,000.
• Mandatory site visit (Job Walk) on June 17, 2026; RFI deadline June 23, 2026; final bid due June 29, 2026.
• Evaluation based on lowest price, experience, and SBE participation; award tentatively scheduled for August 5, 2026.
