Description
The Missoula County Facilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish existing mobile restroom units, construct permanent foundations, and install two prefabricated restroom/shower buildings at the TSOS site (1975 West Broadway, Missoula, MT). The scope includes demolition, utility disconnection, site grading, concrete footings and slab work, crane placement of the prefabricated units, complete interior and exterior finish work, utility reconnection, temporary restroom provision for the crew, and final site cleanup. All work must comply with Montana prevailing‑wage requirements, residency preferences, and insurance/bonding obligations.
• Demolition of existing units, asphalt, and related infrastructure; removal of utilities.
• Construction of concrete footings, stem walls, 4‑in. slab, and new utility connections (water, sewer, electrical, gas).
• Installation of two prefabricated restroom/shower buildings, including interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
• Provide four portable restrooms (including two ADA‑compliant), one hand‑wash station, and manage site safety/temporary fencing.
• Deliver project by the anticipated completion date of Oct 30 2026, with net‑30 payment terms and required bid/performance bonds.
