Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace the R22 HVAC system and upgrade the Siemens controls at Joint Base Andrews. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and parts to complete the project. The project includes replacing the indoor HVAC units in their entirety and upgrading the Field Panel Controllers. The contractor must comply with Joint Base Andrews Civil Engineering design guidelines, Public Laws, Federal Regulations, and manufacturer's instructions.
