Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a laundry lint collector for the C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System. The purpose of this amendment is to provide site visit information, respond to received questions, and extend the RFQ closing date. A site visit is recommended and will be held on 07/06/2026 at 11:00am EST. The requirement includes installation, removal of existing equipment, rigging, ductwork, electrical/plumbing connections, startup, and training. Pricing should be broken out by equipment, freight, installation, removal/disposal, and training.
• The site visit will start at 11:00am EST on 07/06/2026 at the C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System.
• A Statement of Work (SOW) is available in section B.2 of the RFQ.
• The requirement is for a brand name or equal laundry lint collector that must work with the CLM dryer.
• Installation, removal of existing equipment, rigging, ductwork, electrical/plumbing connections, startup, and training are included in the SOW.
