RFP - Network Electronics

Thornapple Kellogg Schools is seeking a vendor to provide network electronics at eight school buildings. The scope of work includes providing configuration and system quantities to all locations, meeting with district representatives to exchange information, and furnishing all labor, supervision, tooling, and miscellaneous mounting hardware and consumables for the network electronics system. The selected vendor will be required to provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics against defects in workmanship, components, and performance, and follow-on support after project completion for a period of three years. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing network electronics at eight school buildings • Meeting with district representatives to exchange information • Furnishing all labor, supervision, tooling, and miscellaneous mounting hardware and consumables • Providing a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed network electronics • Follow-on support after project completion for a period of three years • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations • Compliance with the Universal Service Fund (USF) conditions and the E-Rate program
