Description

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking applicants for the FY27 CAR Child Death Investigation Task Force grant. The grant aims to support the Child Death Investigation Task Force (CDITF) in coordinating and providing trained investigators to investigate sudden unexplained and unexpected serious life-threatening injuries and deaths of children. The grantee will be responsible for planning board meetings, monitoring task force protocols, handling financial and budgets related expenses, and communicating with CDITF as needed.
