Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking market input for a forthcoming contract that will modernize and integrate its Memorials systems (BOSS‑E, MBMS) into a new VA‑EISS platform. The effort will involve migration methodology, agile release management, cloud and legacy integration, GIS capabilities, and ongoing sustainment and operations. The work will be performed by a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (54151S) and will be structured as a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a six‑month base period and two optional twelve‑month extensions.
• Modernize and integrate legacy memorials applications into VA‑EISS (C#/.NET, Blazor)
• Provide full‑life‑cycle services: project management, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, AI/ML, training, and transition‑out support
• Deliver extensive deliverables including a project‑management plan, source code, CI/CD pipelines, security artifacts, and annual performance reports.
