Description
The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking bids to support round-trip and inter-site travel for participants attending the annual, one-day Educational Leadership Institute (ELI) Conference. The scope of work includes providing bus charter services, charter bus services, shuttle services, bus operation, school and employee bus services, and employee bus services. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible offer.
• The bidder must be registered on the HIePRO system to submit a bid.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through HIePRO.
• The bid must include all applicable state and local taxes and other applicable fees.
• The bidder must provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year.
• The bidder must provide a hard copy of the original proposal identification and information form within five working days after the proposal due date.
• The bidder must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
