Description
Granville Health System is seeking information from qualified automatic door manufacturers, distributors, and service providers for the replacement of existing automatic entrance doors at select hospital entrances. The objectives of this RFI include coordinating on-site vendor visits, obtaining equipment recommendations and installation requirements, and gathering budgetary pricing data to support a planned capital purchase in 2026. The project scope includes replacing door assemblies, operators, sensors, and control systems at four hospital entrances, with the EMS entrance being an optional scope. Vendors are required to provide information on recommended replacement systems, safety and compliance, access control and interfaces, installation requirements, service and maintenance, and budgetary information.
