The Collingswood & Oaklyn Boards of Education are seeking a qualified vendor to provide on‑demand substitute‑teacher staffing for all district schools during the 2023‑2024 academic year. The vendor must recruit, screen, train, place, and track substitutes; maintain a web‑based placement system; issue monthly reports; and respond to district inquiries within one business day. The contract covers 280 certified staff positions (245 in Collingswood, 35 in Oaklyn) and runs from September 1 2023 through June 30 2024, with an option to renew annually for up to five years.
