Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source IDIQ Contract to Astrotech Space Operations LLC for payload processing services in support of SDA Transport Layer Tranche 2 (TLT2) launches

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to award a sole source, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Astrotech Space Operations LLC for payload processing services in support of SDA Transport Layer Tranche 2 (TLT2) launches. The contract will require comprehensive facilities services for satellite payload preparation, integration, testing, and post-processing data review. The IDIQ ordering period will be 24 months, with a not-to-exceed (NTE) ceiling amount of $99 million. • The contract will support three launches from Vandenberg Space Force Base and four launches from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. • The Government requires comprehensive facilities services for satellite payload preparation, integration, testing, and post-processing data review. • The IDIQ will contain a not-to-exceed (NTE) ceiling amount of $99 million.
