Budget estimate

$250,000 – $7,500,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the cost of fire hydrants, hydrant extensions, and collision kits. The cost of a single fire hydrant can range from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on the type and quality. The cost of hydrant extensions and collision kits can range from $500 to $5,000. Assuming an average cost of $10,000 per fire hydrant and $2,000 per hydrant extension or collision kit, the total estimated budget for a five-year contract could be around $500,000 to $1,500,000 per year, depending on the number of units purchased. This estimate is rough and may vary based on various factors, including the actual number of units purchased and the prices negotiated with the vendor.
