Cecil County Courthouse Elevator Renovation

The County of Cecil is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate and modernize two existing passenger elevators serving the East and West Towers of the historic Cecil County Courthouse. The scope includes removal of existing hoistway equipment, replacement of elevator cars, doors, control systems, wiring, and machine‑room gear, and construction of two new machine rooms in the penthouses above each hoistway. The 2014‑installed elevator is excluded. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, permits, safety plans, and a one‑year warranty on workmanship and equipment.
