FS182 Revised Phase II Supplemental Assessment

The City of Pomona is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to prepare, submit, and obtain approvals for Phase II groundwater sampling work‑plan documentation at Fire Station 182, and to produce technical reports and plume maps for the underground storage tank site. The effort is strictly consulting – no actual remediation work – and must be performed by a licensed Professional Civil Engineer or Professional Geologist under prevailing‑wage rules and strict DIR/CSLB compliance. • Prepare and submit technical work plans, sketches, maps, and related files (EDF, GEO_WELL, GEO_MAP, etc.) to the State Regional Water Quality Control Board (SRWQCB) and secure approvals. • Respond to SRWQCB directive and non‑compliant letters, and deliver a draft technical report within 45 days of notice to proceed, followed by a final report (including iso‑concentration plume maps) within 60 calendar days of PO issuance, uploaded to GeoTracker. • Demonstrate at least 5 years of SRWQCB‑related experience, provide three municipal references, and ensure all deliverables are reviewed by a California‑licensed Professional Engineer or Geologist.
