Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified full‑service firm to enter into a one‑year firm‑price contract (with four optional one‑year renewals) to provide a comprehensive suite of materials‑testing, field‑testing, laboratory analysis, drilling, and related quality‑control services for its various departments. The scope covers roadway and concrete testing, non‑destructive structural evaluation, extensive laboratory testing of soils, asphalt, concrete, masonry, hazardous materials, and a wide array of drilling and utility‑location services, as well as miscellaneous on‑site inspection and traffic‑control functions. Bidders must price each line item, meet stringent insurance and certification requirements, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with multiple references.
• Provides asphalt, concrete, soil, and specialty material testing (lab and field) across the County’s infrastructure projects.
• Includes drilling, auger boring, rock coring, and utility location services, plus a dedicated Quality‑Control Inspector role.
