Summerfield Interior Projects Phase II

The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the Summerfield Community School Phase 2 Renovations project. The project involves a single lump sum proposal for the complete work. Bidders are required to submit an original and two copies of their bid, accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board, or the Superintendent of Schools. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 4:00pm. * The project requires a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. * Bidders must submit their bids on forms included in the proposal. * The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in bid proposals submitted during the bidding process. * The project involves renovations to the Summerfield Community School, and bidders are encouraged to arrange for site visits. * The bidding documents can be obtained at the offices of ARC, 1009 W.
