The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking a strategic federal affairs partner to advance the system's priorities in higher education, workforce development, economic mobility, student success, and innovation. The selected firm will provide comprehensive federal advocacy, funding strategy, relationship development, policy intelligence, and strategic counsel to position CCCS and its 13 colleges as national leaders in community college education, career and technical education, workforce development, and talent development. Key services include federal strategy and strategic counsel, federal funding and opportunity development, federal advocacy and government relations, federal influence and thought leadership strategy, federal agency and stakeholder engagement, coalition building and strategic partnerships, monitoring, reporting, and communications.
