Columbia County School Board is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive photographic services for all elementary schools in the county. The contract covers individual student portrait sessions, group class and organization photos, optional yearbook production, spring‑portrait packages, and a free annual board‑meeting group photograph. The vendor must handle picture ordering, collection of monies, and deliver printed images on Kodak REC paper (or equivalent) plus digital copies on disk for each school. The work must be completed according to a strict schedule, with individual student photos taken no later than October 15, 2026, organization pictures by mid‑November 2026, and group/class shots by February 2027. Pricing is commission‑based; the vendor sets its own commission percentage on picture sales and may propose alternate pricing structures.
• Provide basic student picture package (Plan A) – 12 wallet‑size, 2×5″×7″ prints, 1×8″×10″ print per student.
• Supply free black‑and‑white copy for school records and a free board‑meeting group photograph.
• Offer optional yearbook (minimum 200 copies per school) and spring‑portrait packages; vendor must also furnish digital disks of all images.
• Manage all ordering, payment collection, and distribution logistics unless directed otherwise by the superintendent.
