Three (3) Year Requirements Contract for the Inspection, Servicing and Delivery of AED Units

SEPTA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a three‑year contract for the inspection, routine and corrective servicing, and delivery of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units across its service area. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring each AED is fully operational, performing maintenance as needed, and transporting units to designated locations on schedule. This is a sealed‑bid, electronic‑only procurement; bids must be firm for 90 days after opening. The work includes compliance with federal DOT regulations and various non‑discrimination statutes. • Inspect each AED to confirm operational status and safety compliance. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including battery replacement and software updates. • Deliver AED units to SEPTA‑specified sites throughout Pennsylvania as required over the contract term. • Provide documentation of service actions and maintain records for audit purposes. • Meet all applicable Title VI, DOT, and other federal compliance requirements.
