Description
The Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, is seeking bids for a roof replacement project at the DPW Building and School Admin Building. The project consists of replacing the roofs at two buildings: the School Administration Building (2,702 SF) and the DPW Building (8,792 SF). The new roof systems shall be 60-mil EPDM and associated work as shown in the plans and specifications.
* The project requires bidders to be DCAMM Certified Prime in the Category of Roofing.
* A bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required.
* The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
* Prevailing wages as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards apply to this project.
